You pick a good codec and incode it into that with whatever program your using. Make sure its mainstream or not many people will be able to watch. If you really cant figure it out send me the file, ill compress it and send it back to you. I cant tell you how to do it in adobe premier since I dont have that.

Save the file in windows media format if possible at a bit rate of 700kb or so and you should be able to keep the file sizes down. The longer the video the bigger the file. 30 seconds of video will be a couple mega bytes or so at the rate I've suggested.

X4, also if you have a good video camera you could capture the video from it in a good mode not the best mode of whatever program you are useing. Example capture modes. Good better best. Use the better mode in this example and save as suggested before. the video will still look as good as if captured in best mode but the file sizes will be a little smaller. At least that is how it works for me.

I think like wshrdskin said, Windows Media format (.wmv) is probably the best one to use. The bitrate you choose depends on the lenght of the video and how small you want the filesize to be. If the video is only a few minutes long then saving it at 256kbs will get you like a 12-15mb file in the end. The quality will be really decent too. The two videos at the bottom of the video page at www.cvboyz.com are low quality...I think only 128kbps and the size is around 6 megs but as you can see the quality is not very good.

So, I'd play around with .wmv format and see what you come up with.

Anxious to see what you have.
