question about the grizzley
#1
I am thinking about trading my Vinson in on a Grizzley. What I am wondering is this: I have heard the Grizzley feals very tippy while sidehilling. Is this accurate? Does anybody out there have a good fix? I have thought about offset wheels or hub spacers. Any ideas?

The grizz is no more tippy than any other indepenant suspension quad. And you mainly just need to get use to the 'feeling' of tipping over. The advantages of owning indepenant suspension far outweigh any disadvantages, depending on the type of terrain you are riding on. If you are only flatlanding it, the clearance and awsome suspension may not be needed.
Don't add wheel spacers if you are riding in tight clearance areas, wider means less treed areas you can get through if you are into heavy bush.

The stock tires are a big factor in the "tippy feeling". I think they are like 2 ply or something rediculous like that. Get a 6 ply tire on off set rims. I had 27" 589's on c-series wheels on my 02 Grizz and I couldnt flip it if I tried.
