I just checked Yamaha's website and the official press release is the 8th, And what caught my attention is they said new ATV's that means there may be more than one. I wonder if the Grizzly is getting rear disks and water cooling?

That new ATV sounds awsome.

Man!! I stay away from these forums for a couple of weeks and look what happens!

I gotta say it... If the Raptor hits the showrooms, my Banshee is gonna hit the classifieds. Yeah, the Banshee is fast, and Yeah it's got tons of motor potential, but frankly, it doesn't handle or jump like a quad should. It IS the best dune quad, so far.

Then again, the Raptor could have a whole new set of problems that could make it worse...

I'm excited though. Oh, and I'll gladly smack anyone around on my atc90!!!! I put a 200 hp nitrous kit on it just for those "special" occasions. NOT!!!!!! Give me a break. What are you (you know who you are) guys?? Twelve???

No I'm not 12. I am just sick and tired of all the passive/aggressive crap that is getting into these forums. I have owned many machines and ridden/raced even more. All of the machines made today are very reliable and good products overall. When I see somebody bashing a type of machine or a manufacturer I will say something and I will speak my mind. If you read all of the posts from this gunz character, he is very negative 90% of the time. If one of the new big heavy machines is faster across the desert or around the track, I might buy one. If I don't, I certainly will not bash them. Espespecially If they are not even in showrooms. There you have it, sorry if I offended anyone, but if I did, it isn't because of what you ride/want to ride. By the way, @l@n, come to Tucson, we can ride, think, ride and I will even buy you a beer. We can leave the 185 in the garage if you want, but I am still gonna spank you at the track.

Can we ride in the desert? Does a bear, well you get the idea. There is a local riding area that I can get to right from my garage. It has some hill climbs, lots of sand in the washes, and some descent(not great) jumps. I have only been here since December but there are lots of riding areas. If your brother rides have him give me a ring and we will tear it up.

I'm not negative. I like these new machines. Bad ***. It's just that there is something about the feel and size of a 250 2 stroke I love. That's it.

they want to show all of the dealers first, so they can have all of the information, not just rumors. THey are having two shows. One in vegas yesterday and florida tomorrow.
