I know when I put the clip in my wiseco piston it was really hard to tell when it was in the groove. Guess your dealer has the same problem [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

youll know when you are in the groove. Put some hair around it.

Sounds like dealer put the clip in upside down seen it in car engines the force of the piston being forced down jars the clip loose. I would definantly go after the installer for that problem.. Good luck and keep us posted.

 

Remember the cylinder will have to be re nikaciled is there someone around to do that if you bore it???
