Default Bought new 2004 Raptor...

we have a pred and 2 rappys......and seems like everytime that we raced the STOCK raptor and the stock pred......the pred got a nose one the rappy.....but we did it again tonite.......and the raptor just spanked on dat azz......pulled half a length through the gears and kept on pulling up top.......
both same skill level riders and within 10lbs in weight......the heavier being on the raptor......

about the lowering kit.....

I know it won't hurt anything......but when gass on it and stretch the front suspension out and then let out to shift gears you can hear the brackets slap back down on the a arms......that just sounds scary-e to me.......

but it is a TREMENDOUS help in a drag race.......b4 the front drop I couldn't lanch for a drag race because it wanted to head for the sky..........now it is awesome.....and only brings the front up when you want it to.......

Pipe+Airfilter+Rejet+Remove crazy *** snorkle= Enough...for Now.

save the rest of your money for suspension upgrades so you can take full advantage of the engine mods you've just made.

Replace the crappy plastic swing-arm skid. PRM makes a nice one.

I checked out the lowering kit. I didnt think it would lower it that much. I think I'll just get extended a-arms, axle, and some new suspension instead.
