I talked to someone kind close to me that builds wolverines in his spare time and he told me that a yamaha worrior clutch will bolt up in place of the wolverine.. but u have to change the side plate.

he gave me prices on building my wolverine up to make it faster,, 3 different stages....satge 1 was running on high test (sunoco 94) second stage was 94 with racing fuel mix, and the third stage was race fuel only.... all 3 came with a manual clutch system

Ok. Hmm, Ive never heard of that, I know that the actual clutch setup with the clutch plates on a Warrior is similar to the ones on a Wolverine but the stuff you are changing when you put the manual clutch on there is mostly linkage and shift shafts, that sort of thing, it also gets rid of the automatic clutch carrier.

Your stage 3 kit must have some serious compression if its running race gas only.

SPEED ya he said something about using a 450 jug sleeving it and punching it out .080.. then putting a wisco dome piston, and something about a stroker crank for a worrior and rejetting the carb.. heavy duty valve springs, port and polish, he did say the the wolverine carb is a BIG carb and will handle everything u want to do to ur bike.. its actuall under jetted for the 350 cc.. to have all that done will cost $1400.. aditional $200 for regearing the transmission for a little more speed..IF the kit is still available.... estimated down time to do it all would be about a week..

Hey spped,,,, is there any good places to ride where ur at.. me and my buddy are looking for new places to ride..... the ones around here are getting boring and besides that,, we can never find anyone to ride with...... most of the time its just me and him

Man thats a pretty good deal on stuff with not alot of downtime. I also had to do all of the resleeving and stuff when I bored and stroked mine. Who are you having do the work and put the kit in?

We have a few good riding places, Wendel and we can go to all the way out to Rosemont on the ridge, we usually race along it. There are a ton of places in Wendel but you just cant ride them during deer season. We should get together sometime and go for a ride. I need to do some tweeking right now and I have some more things I need to get on it. It runs good though.

Hey by the way anyone intrested in a 1972 Buick Riviera, it has a 455ci engine with a 4bbl carb, slapstick auto on the console, wrap around dash, with the 8-track player, still has Elvis tracks in it, and its the boattail model. Its a real classic car and the body is pretty solid it just has some sludge in the gas tank that can be fixed easily, solid body with minimal suface rust, interior is very nice. Would be easy to get up and running. Will sell cheaper than cheap, just let me know. Just though I'd ask...
