Default Tires for Raptor?

Hey guys, just wondering if 22 x 11 x 10 holeshot xct tires and rims would be a good choice for my 02 raptor? I only have stock tires now. Would it change the gear ratio alot? I ride mostly in wooded areas so I thought that the taller tire might help the ground clearence. I thought since the tire was taller I would go with the 10" rim so it wouldn't have as much tire roll. Thanks alot...

I've got the 22" XCT rear and 23" XCT fronts. Love it for woods and desert. Hill climbing and slow tril crawls etc I'd be at 12 tooth front, otherwise your gearing will be fine. Great tires imo.

I agree with wshrdskin....the XCT's are great in the desert. I also have 22x11x10 on Douglas Beadlocks. The ride gets a little rough with 10" wheels...but with the beadlocks I can air them down to about 7-8 lbs and it softens out the ride....

sparksraptor03, e-mail me about the tires (drsusz@hotmail.com). Sounds like a good deal and I may be interested if they are still available. Got Fronts?
