Heat gun and your thumb. Don't get the plastic too hot, but hot enough and rub the goo off with your thumb.

You can try to just pull them off, but if they have become brittle they will need to be heated a little. A good hair dryer will work, or leave it in the sun a while. After, I use Goof Off remover to clean the glue residue off and follow up with a wash and bam! A graphic free bike.
You can get Goof Off at any Home Depot type store, maybe even a grocery. It get's sticky stuff off everything!

use a blow dryer it will heat up the glue enough to peal off. dont use a heat gun!!! my cuz used one on hs DS and he left it on one spot to long and got the plastic to hot . needless to say he coverd the bad spot with another sticker. if you got glue sticking to your plastic try heating that to and see if you can peal it. as for a chemical to take the glue off with out dulling I dont know? maybe kerosen?

The best ticket is stuff called "pre-cleano" its a prep solvent for automotive painting. The best stuff I've used to date, although since I got it from my father when I lived at home(he's an automotive painter) I really don't know for certain where to look for it. I would imagine any auto paint supplier would carry it. It came in a white and orange metal container cost, again I'm uncertain. Paint thinner works as well, but be careful! Leaving it on for too long will damage/discolor the plastic. And as stated prior the hair dryer/heat gun works good as well. Although I don't recommend using the two in cunjunction as it may result in a large BOOM!

I used a hair dryer and the stickers came off with ease. Some get stinjy and leave some glue, nothing that "goo gone" cant take care of.
