I want bigger motor on my blaster but i dont know what to use or if there are even any engine swap kits fora blaster out there

what years of the YZ, and how much mods have to be done to mounting brakets, and to run the exhuast?

 

I think it's the 92-94 yz490. You can get a swingarm off an old tri-z shave a 1/16 off each side and bolt it right up. use the rear shock too.

 

that will rattle your teeth out. thats a major project you would be taking on. rubber shock absorbers would have to be on all mounting areas as well as pegs probably. a yz250 is the max i would go. you will have to weld some new mounts and stuff but it will be a better idea. also remember that you will have a large radiator to mount on the blaster with one of those engines and there isnt anywhere to put it. a very small space in front of the engine, but not much.
