Plastic Renew
I tried that stuff when my bike was brand new and it SUCKS!!!
The finish isn't even close to what I expected, and I did exactly like the instructions stated and sanded like a mad man!!!
When your done it looks worse than what you had before, and not only that every time you wash your bike the spot you tried to fix turns dull and white.Save yourself some money and don't buy it.
Besides scratches are battle scars....be proud!!

It's basically the same labor intensive process that the aviation industry calls Micro-mesh. Used to remove scratches from acrylic windows. Sand one way for a bit, then change to the next finer grit, then sand 90 degrees from that....etc. Very time consuming. I've had great luck with 3M Marine Vinyl protectant, available at your local Walmart for around $7. Wipe it on, leave it sit for 20 mins. Quad shines like new.
