I tried that stuff when my bike was brand new and it SUCKS!!!
The finish isn't even close to what I expected, and I did exactly like the instructions stated and sanded like a mad man!!!
When your done it looks worse than what you had before, and not only that every time you wash your bike the spot you tried to fix turns dull and white.Save yourself some money and don't buy it.
Besides scratches are battle scars....be proud!!

Raceready is right. Tried it on an old 300ex and it was miserable.

It's basically the same labor intensive process that the aviation industry calls Micro-mesh. Used to remove scratches from acrylic windows. Sand one way for a bit, then change to the next finer grit, then sand 90 degrees from that....etc. Very time consuming. I've had great luck with 3M Marine Vinyl protectant, available at your local Walmart for around $7. Wipe it on, leave it sit for 20 mins. Quad shines like new.

Try KIT by STP. Really brings back some of the old luster. Safe for plastic, stickers and seat. Not as slick as armorall. Can be purchased at any auto parts store. Comes in small yellow spray bottle.

not worth the $20 & 16 hours that it took only to see the stuff peel like the furniture polish that it really is. I did like the way the fenders looked after they were sanded smooooooth, doesn't show dirt near as bad.
