When you have a 686 you need a swingarm because it's impossible to keep the front end down,so if you have a swingarm you can drop the clutch and gain a bike and a half just on the start,if not the guy with one will leave the line like a bat out of hell...

I am running stock gearing now and i think that is best for a 686 ,even a 14 toth when running up those gears,i only want to run in 3rd up the hills but want to get the most of third gear and not have it wound out so i might have to change to a 14 tooth ,on the speed caclulator i gain 5 mph in third with a 14 tooth,it's up to my bike if it can pull me up the hill in third..

3rd gear is the sweet spot on my bike,no time to get into fourth..

You will get no more horsepower from a sprocket change. Gearing magnifies torque and thats all. Get a 12 tooth sprocket and a 14 tooth. Since the Raptor can PULL the additional gearing, I guarantee you will be QUICKER with a 14 tooth sprocket. Sprockets are cheap....$15 or so at the local dealer.

My flames are decals.I have a freind that does graphics for a living and he printed me some pretty awesome flames.I'm surprised how well they hold up.I've put them to the test.I've pressure washed them covered them in mud and they seem to hold up good.He gave me about ten sheets of different flames and I just cut them out and put them on how I wanted.Looks really nice.

what would be the next product to buy that does increase horsepower???i might end up making this a dune machine but i still like riding it out on the trails and throwing rocks at everyone!!!! what does the back sprocket do and what size would i want to get???

does anyone know of a easy way to explain the hot cams???!! i dont know much about engines and stuff so if someone could explain it it would be great!!!

yeah my buddy who has the v force is also doing graphics.....he still needs to get my color of vinyl in and then i am putting on some flames. If you have a picture of your quad post it. i want to see the flames!!!

Has anyone in here raced a kawi v force 700 and if so what was the result!!!

If you are gonna dune the machine, the 14 tooth front sprocket will hurt you....you would want too go in the other direction because sand sucks up more power than dirt. A pipe and proper jetting will have your buddy sucking dirt and dodging rocks.

If you, Techtip101 and myself ever go riding together, get on my Raptor, race him and you'll see what a difference sprocket, pipe, jetting and airbox modification can make, he'll be eating your dust from start to finish.
