Talking to the parking enforcemnet officials, checking the parking permits are going to be a big priority this year at Glamis. The season pass including holiday's is $90.00. Last year's fee of $10.00 for temporary is now going to be $25.00. I know I usually didn't pay the fee in the past and parked right by the inlet road by the Glamis store and never got checked. This year????????

And besides those fee's keep the toilets open for those of use who don't have a toy hauler or RV...

 

I know I will go enough times t o add up to more than $90, so I just ordered a season pass. I was just curious how many are not going to pay. I think I paid only once in two years but I'm covering myself and my son this year

 

This kinda sh*t *****es me off to no end - dont we already pay taxes for these "services" on our public lands.

I'd much prefer they eliminate ALL services (pay stations, flood lights, dune cops (meter maids), barricades, etc.....and just go home, and let us ride on OUR desert land without all the f'in babysitting. It's ironic that all these services are being forced down our tax-paying throats like we are getting something out of it ? Hmmmm....sounds like the rest of the govt run crap.

I guess it beats being forced off the land but come on......!?

 

Pay it. They will be enforcing heavily this year. It sucks but you have to pay at public beaches too. I just hope it will keep the riff raff to a minimum this season.
