woah, an 02 for $2000. its either a scam or the pic that accompanies it is from before they launched it off the cliff into that river.

 

There is a difference between the 2002 and the previous years: Raptor style handlebars, and raptor handlebar grips. I wouldn't buy a banshee used. I bought one that was new and I was much happier. If you have your heart set on buying used then you should get one that is close to you because it would cost you about $400 to ship it to you. If you want to make sure you're not being ripped off then you should go on to www.atvsport.com and on the homepage there is a gray column and in it there is a link that says
NADA Used ATV Prices, click on this and enter the manufacturer, model, and year and it will tell you what it should be selling for. There is no major problems with the 02 model. If you get a banshee get Toomey TR-6.

 

alright cool! hey TRX450R. you say it would cost about $400 to ship it right, well where exactly would i get it shipped from, and how do i go about gettin that all set up? I am NOT going to buy the banshee, i emailed him and asked him if i could come see it, he said he was busy for the next week and it wouldnt be a good idea...he also said the only payment he would accept is a wire..so with all that and everybodys wise judgment on here, i decided not to go for that one...thanks again everybody!! you prolly just saved me $2000

 

I just started doing some selling on ebay and found out about the payment option called escrow. Ebay recommends it for any purchase over 500. It isnt fool proof, but its the best barring going to the seller and doing a face to face transaction. Just a heads up for any who have never run across it.

I mean get the Banshee you'll be really impressed, but dont let go of your money, buying a quad is like buying a car it's just one of those things that you most touch and feel and make sure it's all they say it is, and don't forget you get what you pay for.
