That thing was moving. The video doesnt do much justice for the true speed of things. Congrads to Craycraft Racing and the owner Kelly. Good to see 4strokes pushing the bar up again.

I heard that this particuler raptor was a tad bit de-tuned, and had room for a little improvement...I would have to say that the videos on the track say it all...Those big paddles might be a little heavier than normal too...ultra light Ripper 9 paddle 23s might be the ticket for a 2nd gear launch since this one was leaving in a very tall 1st...jmo

To the critics- You guys are hard to please. 4.281

Know to the rest- There is a some room for improvement in my opinion. Kelly( world's fastest) runs a overide 02 tranny with 1st, 2nd, 3rd overideded? There have been lots of talk on that alone. Why not override 2, 3, and 4 and not 1 and 5?? I have been faster launching from second. But this quad is getting there in a hurry. It launches hard, does not bog and screams thru 300 feet. The original goal was 4.6. Only took 3 passes to get there and beyond. Why not lower the comp a little more and run a larger shot??

Ah hell i would be happy the way it is if it were mine.LOL

This quad will go below 4.2 next time. I do not see ANYBODY beating that time on a oem frame/motor in a raptor or DS. There are a 1000 fast guys on here that can not dip under 5 seconds.

Why not build a turbo 730 with EFI?? All it takes is a phone call to bob , a understanding wife and a major credit card. Bob will throw in a free T-shirt and sticker. He will probably even show up to help you make your first pass.

I dont mean to stirr up some ****, but this quad may run 4.6 just on gas or alky alone [off bottle] well just have to see.

The time alltoys posted was taken with a stopwatch, I'm sorry but it takes a little more than a modded cdi and a 25hp shot of nitrous to run these times. I have yet to see a v-force run even a low 5 let alone a 4.3.
I DONT SEE WHY IT WOULD BE HARD FOR A STOCK VFORCE TO RUN 5 SECONDS WHEN MY P650 WILL DO 300FEET IN 6.1 SECONDS.

I'm sure there will be v-forces in the low fives without much problem, I haven't seen one though. I'm saying one isn't gonna run the times alltoys posted with the mods he said he had done. It's not real hard to get a 4 stroke down around a 5, but getting down around a four is an entirely different matter.

I know he has done some good things with prarie's. However, if you want to be believed you can't post times taken in front of your house with a stopwatch. That's about as accurate as counting out loud. A 100 hp v-force would also need some serious weight reduction to go these times
