Most of the drop is after the finish line, it looks worse in the video than it it. The ppl that run at this track and at Atoka all the time say there is only a couple hundreths difference in the times. There may have been a 30 ft drop when TSD was first opened, but they have worked on the track a lot since then

Ok..get off of this 30' drop in the track bs. If it were that angled, you couldnt even sit at the starting line without holding the brake down. And FYI...Ive run at atoka, which is 'official' or whatever you guys want to call it(I like to call it a pos track), and I ran a few HUNDREDTHS slower...look out for that 30' drop..it improves times drastically!!

I was there on friday night. I got off my quad to help my son in the other lane. I turned around in time to see my stock bore run a 4.9999999 with no rider. lol

Looking at the track it drops about 5 feet from 0 to 300 feet and another 6 or 7 feet from 300 foot to 1000 feet. Kelly takes that into consideration on each pass. In this pass he keeps it in 2nd a extra 50 feet to make things even.

Howard- I bet you a nice frosty drink you can not run a 4.9 or better Hope you take me up on the offer. If you do drag assand with you. I want to see that yard sale nittro motor break 5 seconds. (with full face helmet only) He is areo challenged with a open face lips aflappin helmet. Have you been back to the track where you and azsand had the grudge race?? You ran a 4.9?? and azsand pouted and run off??

Say the drop off people talk of gives you a slight gain in time. Is a 4.42 (if it makes it that much slower) much worse than a 4.32? Realy? The result of this build is somthing to be proud of and those of you that drag race at flat tracks with time slips etc should know that. I'd like to see the times it would put out when dialed in on a asphalt track myself.

Drop off or no drop off I dont think anyone else can post a quicker time for a Raptor. The bike is a beast and thats the bottom line; just the way I see it. Even if the bike only went 4.5's it would still be the one to beat among the thumpers. Craycraft is really on top of the game! Slim
