$1,000 over MSRP is price gouging.... But someone will go out and pay it. Some dealers will treat their customers right and give discounts on MSRP. It's called being competitive.

Hey BansheeBrad,
What is the name of the dealer, I just put money down on the first b&w Raptor in at Zimmer Yamaha in Lawrenceburg, IN. He said he is going to raise the price to about 6799 or maybe higher but i got mine for retail 6499, i may cancel it, and go somewhere else if i can get it cheaper.

You will make just as much or more money selling in mass as to jacking up the price and selling 4 quads. By cutting the price, you will also have a lot more happy customers who will patronize you. This brings more business. Quad Shops who jack the price up are you typical ****heads. My local Honda shop has a DS "ON SALE" for $7499 and would not budge. I am not even interested in another quad right now. This is a good example of a "kick'em while there down" dealership.

Those are my 2
