steel nerfs question

I am planning on getting a set of nerfs for christmas and I like the price tag on the dg steel nerfs. How much more do steel nerfs weigh over alloy nerfs and how is the finish on the steel nerfs? thanks

I don't know about weight difference but I've had good luck with my Sunset ATV nerf bars. $125 for regular nerfs and $160 for pro pegs.
