Blaster bugging problem

Default Blaster bugging problem

Have you ever riden in the sand befor. did you fill it up when there was sand by the gas cap if so there sand in the piston mine has it in it to theres a craking sound whn you get into the rpm it scratchs the piston up i need to get that fixed pretty soon.reply back asap

Default Blaster bugging problem

The jetting or pin clip position would be my first guess as far as the black plug, however, the clacking noise could be a piston slap which would indicate a worn piston or wrist pin. How long have you been on your current top end (piston, wrist pin, rings, & gaskets)?

Default Blaster bugging problem

i was thinging my piston would be worn i ride hard core alot of jumping only 3 1/2 feet but and riding in the sand will do it to well i guess i will buy a piston or a newer gasket.What are better the t-5 for a blaster or a bill's pipe.

Default Blaster bugging problem

I don"t ride in sand . I will lean it out a little . Humm I rode it for more than an hour with this problem to return to my home and i don't blown the motor . The last rebuilt was like one year ago.

Well if i was you i would mabe get a nother rebuild i might need one my self even though its a 2003 i just want to get it modified more my honda cr 125 is like a raped ape now i just bought it a new pipe a fmf fatty pipe.Thanks crispy ill get the b-1 then just a little more mony but thats what jobs are for.i want to get a 12 tooth sprocket for my front i do alot of draging on both my bikes just really want to get my blaster up and going .OOO yea if you want your plastic to look REALLY shine use plastic renewer.It makes my bike stand out alot ill get a picture of my bike and put it on my profile and then take a look of it.

Default Blaster bugging problem

I found that it was my coil charge . You need to undo the crankcase cover and the rotor to view it . The number 3 on this pic

Mine was not enough tight and on one wire I have to redo the soldering and now it run great ,no noise.

Before trying another coil check the resistance between the wire that go to this coil and the ground . I had 0 at the beginning and when i shacked the coil it always went up and down . At the end i now have 250 ohm. Try to check the soldering on the coil and if the coil is not enough tightened .


My english is very bad ....

Great you got the noise to stop ill try it with my bike but i think its the sand in my tank theres only a bit of sand in there though.How much are the Trenga Racing LRD. pipe kit.Well Skunk 2 im happy for you and ride hard man.Blasters are the best and bring on the best[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img].If any more help skunk ill try to help e.mail me at Blaster_Faster@yahoo.com
