Default Shaved head for a Wolvy???

Has any one shaved their head on a Wolvy or Warrior? Iwould like to do it and have a machine shop that could do it. The machinist says he's never done one of these heads. I don't know if it is possible, the valves seem awfully close. I was just wondering if any one has had it done or heard of it being done.

You will have to measure (clay the motor) if you cant find someone that has measured the clearance allready. Then you will also need a degree wheel and adjustable cam gear to re time the cam properly.

I was hoping to hear about someone that has done it. I have experience using clay for clearance issues. Just trying to find an easy way to find out. It really doesn't look like there is enough clearance. The valves appear to be to close to the edge of the combustion chamber. Hiram I was just looking for an easy way for more compression.

Well with the Harley shop and all it might be easier to bore it over a little and go with a high compression piston and some little things like that, that would wake it up. That would certainly give it more pop. With your other mods you would have a pretty fast Wolverine there. You would be surprised what all of those little mods add up to.
