Default Raptor in snow?

I have Blackwater tires on the rear. How well do you think it will run in the snow? If we have a winter like last year I probly wont beable to ride it until the snow turns to ice. But in like 6inches or so will it run good?

Default Raptor in snow?

Guys around here usually wait a day or 2 after a storm for skidoos to beat down the trails. Depending on the amount of snow, dont wander off to the side of the beaten track. Last winter we had a slight thaw which refroze quickly making a thick hard crust on the snow. I was able to go anywhere at all no problems on my Forman with blackwaters. If in doubt, pin it!!!!!!!!

You will have a blast with a few inches of snow on the ground,, but when you start riding in areas where the snow is deeper,, you will slow down,,I rode with a guy last winter ,, he had a 300ex,,,had to keep waiting on him,,dig a hole move a little,,swing arm bottom out...he did a lot better with chins on...but nothing like a good 4x4....

When I was a bit younger and new to quads...I would fire up the banshee every time it snowed....

Learned quickly how much fun it was NOT.
If it's packed down or only a few inches..it's ok...but forget about it after that...Now the wheelers go in the barn till spring... Every once in a while, I'll get the itch to ride a wheeler in the middle of winter...it's usually down to the corner store and back...
Not to mention we are not allowed to ride on the local snowmobile trails...apparently the snowmobile guys don't know how to ride on the bumps we leave behind.

Well I figure the first storm or to should be fun....just a few inches of slushy snow to spin around it....but I probly wont ride it much until late january/ early febuary when everything freezes over, like a big swamp behind my house! it should be awsome!
Thanks!
