I have a 2000 Bear Tracker and for some reason when I try to use reverse it just won't go I have to wiggle it for a few minutes to get it to work. Any one have any ideas or has this happen to anyone before.

That used to happen on my 99 Big Bear all the time, you had to rock it back and forth to get it to go into, or come out of reverse. I traded it in for a 2000 Kodiak, so I fixed it.

try lengthening the reverse shaft thing that is hooked up to the lever. you do it by adjusting the nuts on it
