Default Blaster, Are they Junk?

seems every time there's an engine problem with a blaster it is automatically blamed on the oil injector... mine works fine and i know of many more that work fine too. I think it's a convenient excuse for not reading the manual!!!! and frying it digging holes or something stupid like that.

Even if you don't want to do away with the injection, you can always add a bit of oil to your gas as a precaution.

I have never owned a Blaster but I did ride one for a while a few years back. It was a good little machine. The one I rode belonged to a good freind who let me keep it and ride it for a while. It ran good, pulled me well and I'm not a small guy. He kept it probably 3-4 years without any major problems. I think he put piston and rings in it once, but that was a very easy job. Just my 2 cents worth of personal experince.

If you do decide to pass on the Blaster PM me the number. I've been looking for another winter project.
