a Banshee stock do like 75mph stock

 

Most 600 crotch rockets at our local dragstrip only run in the high 9 range in the 1000ft. My Banshee went 10.5's in the 1000ft. Keep in mind that the first 60ft makes a lot of the time difference. I had the wheelie bars on with McCreary tires too. I was on full throttle rolling the clutch out and hard on the bars. I'll see if I still have the timeslip from the strip. That was back in July or August, so I might not have it. I'll even ask my buddy to see if he has his slips.Bubba

 

I have seen 2 banshees that could run over 100 mph in the 1/8. I know, nobody will believe this, but it is true. One of them was running 105 mph in the 1/8, and the other one was running 101 mph. I don't know what all is done to them but the are built for drag racing and nothing else. The one that ran 105 was outrunning some of the crotch rockets. It was awesome.

 

I would like to race some of these fast quads that beat ZO6's. (Not saying it didn't happen) I would just like to see it for myself. I've raced quite a few quads in my WS6 and they allways pull the holeshot on me but as soon as I bang second I blow by them. and a 03 Zo6 will kill my car.

 

Yaaaa, I have raced these cars and trucks several times and I have video of the race against the Z06. The Z06 had alot of problems hooking up with the stock tires. He does run Drag radials at the track and when hes out looking for a race. All vehicles are owned by relatives or freinds. Whether you believe me or not is up to you. But until you get to run these cars with a Ds dont say anything. Not saying you cant get the same results with other quads. These vehicles always run me down after 600ft. The z06 caught me around 450-525ft. Some faster than others. If I ran these cars in 660ft. or longer there is no doubt they could destroy my close to stock Ds. My cousin runs his 690 sparks raptor and does abetter job against these vehicles. Take a chance and run some vehicles, get some results before you try and pick a fight.

All times for these cars were best et.s for cars. Most were at Houston Raceway Park in Baytown, Texas.

 

I raced a mustang bout a week ago on my craptor when I was geared down really low (12/40)
I let him get through 2nd gear before I started and I FLEW past him

(really short race)
when I flew past him he let out of it.....

 

Like I said in my post. I'm not saying it didn't happen. I would just like to see it happen. I like to see fast ****. So I wasn't intending on starting a fight. 600ft is a little less than a 1/8th mile isn't it. just wondering.

i can keep up with my moms v6 accord with the wolv untills abotu 600 feet beacuase im topped out and its just getting that motor running

 

Cars=Good acceleration/Great speed.
Quads=Great acceleration/Good speed.
Bikes(Crotch rockets)=In touch with god without the aid of drugs.
