I know its an obvious question, but did you get an owners manual? If so that explains it to you. If not loosen the two lock nuts on the right hand side behind the rear disc, and use the snail adjusters above the axle carrier as well as the alignment marks to adjust accordingly. The recommended setting for the adjustment (I feel) looks pretty loose, but thats what they call for and thats what I run. I can't exactly recall of the top of my head, but I think its close to 1_1/2"(don't quote me exactly on that, maybe someone else can help you with the exact #) Anyway my biggest helpful tid-bit is that my skid plate(aftermarket) was rubbed by the chain as well. Simple solution for me was to trim off about 2" off the plate where the chain was coming into contact with the plate. Didn't hurt a thing, and no problem since. Good luck, and welcome to the club. Although substaintially less expensive than drag racing, this is still an expensive sport. Be ready to pull out the check book for any aftermarket parts out there.

The chain deflection is 1.2~1.6., adjust after 1.6

I keep mine at the 1.6 and it does look loose.
