Does anyone out there know of a company that sells either a backup kick or recoil starting system for a Warrior, and how much it would cost??

The Canadian models of the Warrior and Wolverine have a kick starter. You can order them from your dealer.

The early models came with a pull-rope backup and decompressor. When I got mine I didn't have a battery and now I've lost a relay so I've gotten plenty of use out of it. Anyway, I'm no mechanic but since it's on the earlier Warriors I can't see why they couldn't put something on a new one. Then again, the compression could really kick your ***.

I can't really tell ya how big of a difference it made cause it was on there when I bought it. It is loud and powerful though. If it was up to me I'd get a Supertrapp though. As for the header... awesome power, but get ready to make up for it in gas!

dondiesel8, I think he was replying to me.
