Default Warrior Hickup

When i start my warrior, it hickups which causes it to kill, but then it will start right back up. Can any one give a suggestion on what it may be.

try starting it with choke on or it might b running to rich... so try n run it with choke...

It does it with the choke off. I've also tried to adjust the mixture skrew and all it did was make it worse.

Yes, my dad is yamaha cetified and he doesn't know what it is either.

it's a good idea to do but if they charge bsure not to ask that till after they've inspeced it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] and have a friend there cuz if he tells u to pay at the end tell him u didn't know u had to pay and your not gonna pay him cuz u didn't know u had to pay bcuz he didn't say u had to pay when he started to work [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Default Warrior Hickup

Lately, with the colder weather, I've noticed my 95 Wolverine (same carb as Warrior) is doing a similar thing, I was pulling my trail mower in the ditch, running fine, left it to idle while I cut some grass around a post, and with it just idling, it shuts off, no funny noise or anything, just quits, starts right back up,like yours. I will have to look into that and see if I can find the source,I did just replace the needle and seat, it was leaking fuel, possibly the float level is off a bit, either starving or over flowing a little,causing it to die at idle.If I find anything, I'll let you know.
