Lately, with the colder weather, I've noticed my 95 Wolverine (same carb as Warrior) is doing a similar thing, I was pulling my trail mower in the ditch, running fine, left it to idle while I cut some grass around a post, and with it just idling, it shuts off, no funny noise or anything, just quits, starts right back up,like yours. I will have to look into that and see if I can find the source,I did just replace the needle and seat, it was leaking fuel, possibly the float level is off a bit, either starving or over flowing a little, causing it to die at idle.If I find anything, I'll let you know.
