listen i got a 01 DS and im very pleased from it...
i was thinking about getting myself a new quad
i thought about diffrent kinds so i need your help about this one please...
im a small guy.... 124 lbs and 168cm i like wheelie and ride trails woods bit dunes and bit dirtroads
i was thiking to get a new quad... one of these:
1. Raptor= cuz speed is important for me
2. TRX450= new quad light and small for me
3. yfz= same as trx
4. Predator= i find this quad got a great suspension and easy to pull it for a wheelies and other stunts...
what would be your choice guyz... concider the fack im small and light guy...

Its funny how u say u want a rappy cause speed is important, but did u know a yfz is faster than a rappy? But if u going with wheelies and stunts, Id say wait for the 450r to come out. Hondas sport quad line of now are all really easy to wheelie and jump, so I doubt the 450r will be much different.

he wanted speed over all i think.. not in just the first 300 ft..
one thing that is good about the pred and 450 is they are both forgiving if you land a jump sideways or at an angle. i assume the honda would be the same. but who knows..
STOCK i think the pred and raptor are even in speed..

 

If ya gonna trail ride alot ya may want to think about reverse?...If I was your size I'd jump on one of the 450s... Honda or Yamaha to me won't matter as much as the mods... I'd say they both are good machines...I wouldn't worry about reverse till I got to the end of a trail...uhoh what do you mean it don't have reverse[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

but the yfz is probably got a lower top end than the rappy
my DS with 22 kenda viper rear tires and rest stock which in good shape can go up to 80 mph...
i having thought about the pred ...i heard it got a good suspension and it takes corners like a king
thats important...
