Definately AV gas! Jet fuel is kerosene, I am not looking to fill my lantern.

A good STARTING point for 12/1 is 103-105 octane. 11/1 will be fine with 93 pump gas and experiment from there.

Go ahead and run the av gas if want with 11/1, It won't cause any problems, or hurt they motor to my knowledge or from my experience. you will need to jet up as it is a oxygenated fuel, and will make plug reading very hard. It should be ok with 12/1 also, but I would pay attention for detonation.

Another alternative is Klotz octane Booster, A few of us have been using it now for a while with good results. Total cost is about 2.75 a gal. after mixing to 103, and its available locally by the gallon.

Where are you located? Maybe we could meet up for a ride.

Any big pits down threre? We made the trip to Lincoln last weekend, there is a few big ones up there. I think we are going to see if we can get one more big trail ride in this weekend before we get some snow.
