Helmets? yes or No

Do you wear one or not. Do you get sick of people preaching to wear one if you don't? I am a 50/50. On any given day i may put on on or not. I do not usually wear one around the house but i have gotten better about it when i go somewhere.

Yes i do, i even wear it when im drag racing in straight line and i put it on before i unload my quad. Never know what can happen at any given moment.. tie rods might buckle or brakes might fail...

I wear one, cept around the yard.
But I do preach, not to people I dont know but people I care about. Im not going to be the one to tell their wives/kids they could be alive if it werent for a helmet. Im not gonna like scooping their brains up and taking them to the trailhead.
When I ride, I ride trails, and haul **** in rocky wooded terrain. I dont know your guys riding areas but figure sand is softer and flat landers have less rocks to get chucked at your head/face/teeth

I almost never did until my boy started riding and I'd tell him to get his helmet on while I put my ball cap and shades on So I try and set a good example now and wear it all the time.

I always wear one unless Im just putting around the yard. I dont understand why someone would not wear one when they go trail riding, dragging, or to like the dirtpits. I always thought the guys who are out riding on the trails without helmets looked liked backwoods hillbillys not wearing a helmet. When people who dont wear helmets wreck and get a head injury it makes all ATVers look bad, whether the accident was their fault or not.
I have a friend who sustained a head injury when he was 16, he is now 32 and is still and will never be 100% recovered. He does not live a "normal" life because of what happened to him 16 years ago
I dont preach to people out on the trails or dirtpits, I just dont understand their stupid and unwise decissions
