Always, except around my yard....you should see my helmet...thats reason enough for me to wear one!

i always wear one but i never tell anyone else to wear or not to wear theirs because it's their choice if they wanna live the rest of their life with brain damage or having the chance of not living at all.

 

I'm about 50/50 as well.And i do get kinda tired of people preaching to me.I am getting better though.

 

If you are riding anywhere but putting in your yard you should wear one. We make atvers look bad if we are not wearing one.

 

I saw 3 different TV shows that showed nascar drivers at home. 4 or 5 people were riding around on quads and no helmets.


TO THOSE THAT PREACH TO WEAR HELMETS, do you wear one while driving your car/truck/boat?? Hell if it is dangerous on a quad it is dangerous in a vehicle on the hiways and roads. I have read and seen people that suffered head injuries while riding in a car. When we were kids we never wore a helmet while riding bicycles, but in this day and time it is mandatory in some places. Back in the 60's and 70's i guess our parents did not care.

I once knew a judge in texas that wore a helmet in his car on the way to and from work. It used to drive his wife crazy. He is still alive but she died of cancer.

 

Hey 14, I find myself frequently riding my motorcycle with no helmet on, probabaly just as dangerous as riding a quad [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] with no helmet.....OH yeah, when my wife drives the car, I always wear my helmet!

 

never, but then I ain't screaming around trying to beat the neighbors time going between houses either.

who here always uses the helmet strap? i always do whenever i wear a helmet but most of the people i ride with dont, theres no point to wearing a helmet if it doesnt stay on when you wreck

 

If I'm just tuning out in front of the house, no helmet, always when riding elsewhere.
