Default 20x10x8 too big?

I just put on my new bandits (20x10x8) rears on my 2000 blaster and when I make turns I can hear and feel them catching on something. There are black marks on the back metal piece of the foot pegs. I even tried putting 5 or 6 psi in them and the still rub. What should I do? Does it hurt my tires? I was looking at the durablue wheel spacers but I don't need 2 1/2 inches on each side. any help would be great. thanks in advance

Take off the black plastic heel guards. are both sides rubbing or is it just one side?

Its rubbing part of the metal footpegs on both sides. One side rubs the plastic guards but I dont want to take those off and get my foot caught in there. I think I'm just going to get some durablue wheel spacers.
