do you like the sound of four strokes or two strokes better?

Four strokes are the best. If I had to choose the quad with the best sound then the Kawasaki V700 wins hands down. Damn that twin sounds good, as much as I hate to admit it.

Oh Yeah! They sound like a freakin mini northstar dune buggy! AWESOME!
I hate to sound repetitive, but I like both when they are not obnoxiously loud and raspy.
Does anyone else love that sound when a lot of 4 strokes are drag racing and there exhausts synchronize together? Sounds really cool!

Both stock and aftermarket pipes on the v700's sound amazing. Depending which pipe it is, it does sound as deep as a raptor with a pipe, BUT imagine two raptors standing next to each other running is synchronization and you start getting an idea what the V sounds like. It reminds me of a modified V8. The thing gives me goose bumps.

I don't know if I love the smell or the sound more but one things for sure I can't go more than 3 days without going into the garage and kicking the Shee over just to hear the pinging sound of caged up power and then letting the garage smoke all up from not opening the door.......im sick and in love with this machine.

My 'shee......2nd gear@6500rpm.....dropping the clutch........the smoke.....ground being ripped up by 2 out of control rear tires, the look on the raptor riders face while being pelted w/ boulders.......PRICELESS.
