I like the sound of 2-strokes expecially a Banshee. Sounds like a jet engine winding up. But I love the sound of a piped 4-stroke. It's even better after a race and the guy behind me says he couldn't pass because he kept getting hit in the face with puffs of air out of the pipe. A 2-stroke doesn't shake the dust off the walls of my shop either.

I love the sound of the two strokes more and they smell cooler. I am really sick of people trying to say that two strokes are loud and obnoxious. If you pipe a 4 stroke those things are usually louder than most two strokes.

D@mn....first the enviros complain about the pollution of the 2-strokes.
We say....OK...we'll adapt....and along comes the 4-stroke.

I remember Moto-X race I went to at Indy and I think it was a Yamaha rider was on the only four-stroker out there and it sounded awesome, nice deep throaty sound. The only guy out there standing out from the rest. I wish I could remember his name. It was about three or four years ago if that helps.
