i requested 1 about a month ago.... and never got i... should i request a new 1 bcuz i think i ordered at the end of there summer catalog and cleared there list

I can look through that catologue for hours, yes give em a call and they will send you one. They don't handle the the books inhouse anymore i was told.

I'd be willing to bet that if you have a bike/quad in your garage you have a catalog next to your bowl.
