Do you have to remove the airbox when installing the pro-flow kit?

Default Do you have to remove the airbox when installing the pro-flow kit?

Not thats its a huge hassle but if I dont have to id rather not.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure it has to come off. You need to drill holes with the template in place and I don't know if you can do that with it in place. Very simple anyway.

Besides if you are putting that on I have to assume you are going to jet the thing as well. That's the fun part.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

heres a tip, cut the nipples off the airbox that way you do not have to remove the rear fenders to remove the airbox.

It would be much more of a hastle with the box on. You can get the box out pretty easily anyway, but you will have to take the rear plastic off.

Default Do you have to remove the airbox when installing the pro-flow kit?

Do you guys use the prefilter? Its like a second foam filter. I got the foam filter not the k&n so its not that thin mesh one.
