Sand only piles so high before it slides down the face. Devils Dune and several others at St Anthonys Idaho will give you this. The best drag hill is without question Sand mountain at little Sahara Utah. I have not been to Sand mountain Nevada.

I haven't been to them all. But Saint A's "Devils dune" is correctly named.

Drewel. . . drewel. . . I wanna go riding again!
I've ridden Glamis, Dumont, Pismo and Sand Mt., NV.
Of those, Sand Mt., NV has the tallest & steepest. Buddies that go to Sand Mt., NV with me have told me Sand Mt., Utah and St. A;s are steeper/longer.
Redskin and Collector: You guys need to plan to come up for Labor Day Weekend (DS Days.) Smaller riding area but, it is a great mountain.
There is an area of the mountain you can go up, turn around and slowly roll then stop your quad to force the sand to break loose. It makes a lound rumble that you can hear echo through the canyon. This sand is as steep as it gets! It will build taller but, won't get any steeper of an angle.
I've only really been into this for 3-years. This year I made it to Glamis for the first time and Dumont for the first time. Next year will be Oregon. I hope to make it to Utah and St. A's soon after!
