hey homey.. you should be the bigger man and not start problems.. it gives ALL ATVers a bad name. Pretty soon we will all have MORE restrictions and rules if people like yourself keep acting up. Just let it go..

also, from the way you put your post, i read it as, you riding on HIS property? that part im not sure of, but either way.. it would be good of you to not even mess with this guy. if you keep it up, i hope he catchs you... i hope he teaches you somthing you obviously havent learned yet, RESPECT.

im not ridding on his property i ride on the beach and in the start of the dunes where there is no vegeatation in australia the law is that 100metres(300ft) from high tide is common ground or public property and you can ride all you like there even if there is a vegetated dune i have been to the council about this coz i didn't want to do anything illegal the bloke that owns the dunes behind this common gorund thinks he owns the beach aswell that is what pi$$ed me off. so i am not giving quad riders a bad name i am riding completly within the rules and restrictions that are set. And i hope i teach you a lesson you didn't know-Reading !!! i never said i ride on his property i said i ride on the beach so how bout answering the thread not abusing it!!!

why dont you stop and talk to the guy.. ask him why he is gettin pissed and chasin you even tho your following the law.. talking solves alot..
i had a guy chase my buddy in an old ploice car.. (a caprice).. i stopped and the guy got out yelling asking me for my name so he could report me.. i simply just told him he couldnt report anything.. because i didnt do anything wrong.. he said i was riding in his field and he didnt want me too.. so i told the guy to post it and i wont.. he was all pissed cause he was wrong.. but now there are posted signs and i dont ride there...

Hey Homey, if your allowed to be riding on the beach, then theres nothing that guy can do. If he tries to get crazy with you, call the authorities and have them explain to him how hes in the wrong. If he tries to attack you, I'm sure Australia has no rules against "reasonable" self defense, . As far as him catching you on his Grizzly, he probably would, those Grizzlys are pretty quick! You might be able to shake him if you're a good rider, though. You shouldn't have to run from him, if your riding on public land. G'day, mate!

To answer your question, he can probably catch you. But think about it this way, whats he going to do?? Run into you and knock you off the quad or shoot you off or what. As long as you don't stop, all he can do is be pissed.
