Default 02 Raptor carb problems

About 1/8 throttle my carb starts backfiring, stumbling and dies. Stock except for GYTR pipe. Will run ok with the choke half on. I have takin the carb off many times and cleaned it. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causin this? Thanks in advance.

check your parking brake lever on the handlebar, and the rear caliper. I bet it is the connection causing the problem. Do a search on here for Parking Brake, and see what you find! I could be wrong though!

Your running to lean, bump up them jets! Did you ever rejet after you put the pipe on? Sounds like it starts in the needle/pilot I bet it gets even worse when it gets to the main and that's prolly where it's dying.

will run with the choke half on? Check your carb boots also open the top of the carbs and see if one of your needles has popped loose. I had that happen once and it ran like crap. Pull the plastic covers on top and have a looksee.
