Cold weather causing sluggish performance?
#1
Went riding yesterday and found the 1/2 to full throttle response to be sluggish/slow to react. Had felt pretty good leading up to this weekend, but the temps did also drop from 60's-70's to 40's-50's. Any ideas? I'm thinking its lean, but not certain. As always all comments are appreciated.

Are those temps above zero? On a warm day it gets up to about 15 here and the Raptor is still barking, but the air is very dry. It could be the humidity along with the lower temps. Sorry, I don't know a lot about that stuff, I just thought I would respond.

If it's lean, it will just quit pulling. It's not abrupt like turning off the gas, just less overall power and slower to rev. Not sure you'd notice a big difference with only a 20-30 degree drop unless you were running pretty lean to start. Check your plug, it will tell you for sure.
