I know this question has been answered about a thouand times before but its all that Yamaha is better crap. I want an HONEST opinion here.

I have never owned either, but have rode both years back....since either are basically unchanged, my opinion may be of help. Both are very nice machines with the Warrior having nearly equal reliability IMO. The 300ex engine is the same 282cc engine in the BULLETPROOF 4x4's of the day. The 300ex blows front shocks like there is no tomorrow. The Warrior does not have the low end torque of the 300ex, but kills it on top end. Again, both are nice machines...I really do not feel you could go wrong with either.
If I were too put an semi-experienced rider on a temporary ride (less than 2 years), I would go with a Blaster. Then, go too a 400ex, Z400 (or equal). For a rider that did not care about performance and did not care too upgrade and is at an inexperienced level, I would g with the 250x. Shaft drive and bulletproof combo is hard too beat.

how exactly much worse is the bottom end on the warrior like is it just plain horrible or is it nothing to brag about

 

well i ';ve ridden both warrior and 300ex teh 300ex h3ll even that day he went trough 2 front shocks the warrior is great fairly easy to mod if u wnat a good quad go with the 400ex or warrior
