Default Warrior Jetting

I friend of mine wants me to jet his quad, he will bring the DJ kit, all I have to do is install it. I jetted my raptor and it wasnt that hard. Anyone got a step by step process on the warrior? or someone have an online service manual? he insists on paying me, so how much should I charge him?

Its all the same as the raptor but only one carb. You take the front plastic all the way off. Plop in a 150, prop the gas tank up on it, ride it around and check the plug then go richer, leaner, or leave it alone based on feel and how the plug looks. Clip will prolly be stock or one position down. Might take an hour at most to jet it after the plastic and all is off.

How much would you charge? Hes a friend of a friend, so I dont feel that bad charging him. I was thinking somewhere around $40-50
Another friend wants a valve adjustment on his raptor, was thinking $40 as well, since Ive already done it and will be pretty fast.

I have never taken the plastic off, just removed the screws holding the intake and output of the carb and was able to wiggle it out and twist it around to get to the bottom. I can re-jet in about 30 minutes. I would think 40 bucks should be about right if you know what jet you want to put in and don't have to mess around with trying diff sizes of jets.

My mechanic charged me 25 bucks to perfectly tune mine which involved setting the float height and tuning it from top to bottom. Really youll prolly only need to change 1 jet and move the clip down one slot to have it running good. Prolyl a 20 minute job.
