I'm still on my first atv!

 

Ill have to agree with adam my first atv was also a Trx 125 which was the worst atv i have ever owned. It had no suspension 4 speed with a low gear and an axle housing that we had to weld maybe 5, 876 times..

 

i had a polaris 250 tb it had its problems, but it wasnt the worst. but i never really owned any other. all that i know is that i will never buy another polaris again

Well, I know what your saying about the TRX 125. I had an 1986 model. Funny thing is that my friend had the 230 quadsportes version it had rear rack and only front suspension. I envied him so because my suspension consisted of how much air I had in my tires. Those were the days.

But by far the worse ATV I ever owned was a 1985 quadracer. Only like 5 inches of travel on the front shocks. That year they only had 5 gears. And it had way to much power for the chassis. It was like putting 800hp motor on a dump truck, what a rough ride. Oh and I hated the fact that the front end was so heavy, It was very difficult to get the front wheels off the ground. Rear tires always wanted to spin. Believe it or not I actually turned down an 86 250r for that thing. What a mistake. Word to the wise, don't ever buy a 85 quadracer.

 

Had 2 that were both a POS. A trailboss 250 and a LT250R. Both cost me a lot more than they were worth.

 

never had an atv with any major problems. I guess the worst atv ever was the moto 4 250. It isn't bad for an 88 though. there are no cracks in the plastic at all. the brakes don't work well and the rear suspension is a joke but other than that it is pretty reliable.

 

1995 Blaster, everytime i fixed it something else would go out fix that something else goes wrongm it was a never ending process!

 

I honestly have to say my banshee is not very good either, over the summer, my dad spent $340.00 to get it rebuilt, $320.00 to get new shocks after the stock ones broke, and another $300.00 to get new bearings all the way around, and its broken now!! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]
