Mine has to have been a Suzuki Quadracer 230 i think it was. Cant remember it was about 12 years ago.

 

2003 polaris 700 , EBS is worthless on Polaris 4 wheel drives when the ebs works on the rear wheels alone , what a joke. I went from a Honda foreman to a polaris 700 and on hard trails and steep downhills my old honda would eat my 700 up. Polaris needs to make there ebs like Honda , Yamaha , Suz , and kaw , Artic cat . They all have 4 wheel ebs because it works, but not Polaris .

 

my blaster kicked *** for what it was and the 400 was a typical 400...bulletproof

Two Transmissions
Top end
Two Water Pumps
Base Gasket
Some Electrical issue (he hasn't figured this one out yet.)

The last three trips have been:
St. Anthony - Water Pump
Dumont - Base Gasket - Oil Pump
Glamis - Electrical issue

I feel real bad for him. These are all long trips 9+ hours driving!!!

He's about ready to kill his mechanic!

He has already decided to buy one of the new 700's as soon as it has been out for at least a year. . . doesn't want that first model year thing again!

 

I had a riding lawnmower that my grandfather took the blade out from underneath. He use to yell at me when I would put it in 4th gear and pop a wheelie. I was the fastest on my block until my friend a couple blocks over got a 230 quadsport ES. That thing actually had front shocks. I think like 3" of travel.... AWSOME!

 

my grandpa has a moto4 230 or somethin and the beast is bullet proof ive been riding it since i was about 6 when i go over to there house and the thing still runs fine and ive been through almost every obstacle and the thing just keeps going. its like energizer lol. but its a piece of crap the suspension is as stiff as a rock it backfires like none other and the front ends way to light.

 

My 92 blaster was a POS when I got it and for about a week it was nothing but problems. After a top end rebuild, new brakes, new gaskets, carb rebuild and some TLC it turned into a great quad and I didn't have any problems with it until I sold it. The 440ex was awesome and it NEVER broke down in 2 years or hard riding. The 98 blaster was great and didn't have any problems in the short time I had it. I think the raptor is going to give me some trouble but I haven't personally broke anytthing yet. I'm still fixing what the previous owner broke.

 

Suzuki LT250R an 88 model I beleive. Stators kept going out.

 

so far there have been alot of moto4 complaints coming up. it doesnt surprise me.
