Blaster??
The Blaster is a great machine especially if you add an aftermarket pipe/silencer combo.
Like most others have already stated your weight is fine however I suggest that you ride the Blaster first to make sure your knees don't hit the fenders or handle bars when you turn. At 6' it really depends on how you are porportioned (spl?)

Blaster??
i guess you could say im lanky. also, i have no experience with 2-strokes so i wonder if id mess up the engine and have to rebuild it alot. Is it as loud as a 2-stroke dirtbike?
i sat on it a few days ago and my knees seemed to be clear, but i didnt think to turn the bars all the way.

it isn't nearly as loud as dirtbikes are unless you put an aftermarket pipe on them. keep the oil injector filled up and keep the air filter clean and your engine will last you as long as you want to keep it. unless you keep it for over three years. It really depends on how much you ride it.

Blaster??
I am about 6 ft 2 and my knees hit the bars on a blaster (on bumpy trails). Go sit on one and turn the bars left and right. The clearance will be close I bet. I also would suggest getting a 4 stroke with an electric start. You will like the start feature and the 4 stroke will be easier for you to maintain.

Blaster??
The Blaster's a great choice for a 1st bike. I had mines for 2 months and loved it, but, with your height its not a long termer. Im 5'9 and found the bike to be just slightly on the small side, bur it definately did the job and was excellent to learn on, but if you plan to keep it for any length of time then its perhaps better to look at something bigger like the warrior. The 2-stroke doenst require too much maintenance I never had any problems with mine, evreything was just routine, I also have a friend that has a blaster and really doesnt look after it, and thats still going strong. As has been said above, try the bike for size and see how it feels to sit on, thats the best wayto determine if its the best for you size wise.
