Default how fast is a piped blaster/ and hp numbers

If it's your first sport quad and you are fairly small it will be good. They don't have much power though even when piped and jetted properly. I'm guessing 15- 20 hp It will make a difference if you put a pipe and K&N air filter and remove the lid on the air box. But they are still pretty dead in my opinion.

id say if your like 12-14 and small it is a great quad.. i thot about getting one fer my GF but i dont think she would ride it enuff.. and i wouldnt be able to have fun on it!

horsepower is about 18-20 with a pipe. I draged a stock griz 660 and it was a pretty even race. He got me off the line because there is no way to launch a blaster on the street without the front end coming up uncontrolably. He stayed about 2 quad lengths ahead of me the whole race until top speed. He has about a 3 or 4 mph advantage there. With stock gearing and a good launch I think I could have taken him.
