boondockers nitrous system-does it require a closed air box?
#1
I am sure some of you are tired of questions about nitrous systems but if you know specifics about the boondocker system i would like your input. The addition of nitrous to my raptor is starting to sound like the best way to go as far as the best return on the dollar for performance. The idea of having to run with a closed air box doesnt sound interesting because i would have to figure jetting out again and i want to avoid that so if you have this system on your quad i would appreciate hearing how you set it up.

Dune look at some of these photos. Looks like the answer to your question .... boondockers installation

wildchild-Thanks and yes it looks like i do not need to run an enclosed air box with the boondockers.I am thinking with the way my raptor runs now with the few mods that i have adding nitrous should make it quite a performer. How is your raptor project going?

Yes it most certainly will make your rappy more of a runner than it already is. As for my rappy project ...... I found that I need some more important things right now truck (hint hint)

Well at least you have your priorities straight but i am sure you will get the raptor done the way you want eventually.Good luck on the truck search.
