Does it come standard with the Disc set-up, or the thru end cap? I saw one other person on the forums that had gotten the "factory seconds" deal. Has anyone else gone this route?

 

FOR THE MONEY you can't beat the Alba setup.........
my buddy has that pipe on is 03 rappy........and runs with most other pipes..and costs hundreds less......

I don't like the disk setup I would get the race end cap..........looks really sweet..........

 

Scary do you know which end it comes with standard? Its probably the disk set up isn't it?

you can choose which set up you want, discks or race end tip with the pipe. i got the discks first, then i ordered the race tip 54 bucks i believe for the race tip alone. 112 bucks for the race tip and their pilot and main jets.

Yeah, I think it's your choice. The race end cap is the best by far. I love the look of it, and you dont have to deal with those discs.

 

I have the new Alba pipe on my Raptor and I love it. Great gains in performance. It is one loud son of a bitch though. So if you dont want a super loud pipe then look elsewhere. But some people like a screaming pipe and the Alba does kick ***.....

 

The finish doesnt hold up very long, at least on the pipes I've seen. They are, as was said, extremely loud regardless of the cap you have on it.

 

The finish will hold up fine as long as you clean the pipe with a good chrome polish like Mothers.
