Used pipe (~120), some 2 dollar jets from dealership (5 dollars), Cut airbox lid in half (free), cam (~120), gasket kit (~25-50), higher compression piston (90), better springs and keepers (70), and that leaves 45 bucks for incedentials like broken bolts etc..... and buying a manual to put it back together.

The best suggestion of all....SELL your Warrior, take your $500 and use it for a down payment on a close out Raptor, or Z400 or even a 400EX. You can probably even get a good financing rate on them right now as well. Any of these bikes are more than a warrior could ever be without spending a small fortune on it. Selling my Warrior was the best thing I ever did; and upgrading to a 400EX. My Warrior was built to the hilt, and it was still disappointing overall. Just my .02 worth. Think about it.
