you guys may have read my post about I got a blaster today. I am going to keep it to ride in the woods.I am getting to much money in my 250r to be screwing around in the woods. I had a 98 blaster that was ported (by a local shop)had dg pipe,DG silencer,boyeson rad valve.I was thinking do the norm have it bored then put a wiseco piston in there. but I was just looking through dw and it had ad for vito's power piston.If I bought the power piston kit,FMF gnarly pipe,power core 2 silencer,reed spacer,and rad valve what kind of power increase are we talking. or would I have to get it ported (like my old one)to see a significant gain.I will just be rding this in the woods and as a general play bike. I think I will be very happy.

There was a guy on blaster central that said with an FMF Fatty Gold Series pipe, Power Core IV, Remove Air Box lid, install a vito power piston, and rejet.

And this is the results. They had 15hp stock, seems too low, should be like 17. But they added the vito power piston it went to 21.6hp, added the pipe silencer ect. and it had 23.6.

where it makes that 23.6 i don't know..probably around 7,000 mark.

When i get my new one, this will be my first motor mod. After my Lonestar +4 Axle.
