Anyone have any experience with these ASR Tie rods that are always on E-bay?

?? Since 4 tie rod ends will cost me $150, this would be a pretty good deal if they are durable.

That looks like a really good price. 379! Plus a little for brake lines and clamps. Call it 500 and your done.
